Today, the 2016 Olympic Games officially start in Rio with the opening ceremony at the Maracana Stadium.
The attention of the world will be focused on the amazing competition between athletes from 206 nations, plus a refugee team. Athletes will be competing in 28 sports, plus 2 new sports - golf and rugby sevens.
