When you order a map, your file download is available immediately. You can access your order, including your download link, through My Account.

When you order a CD (Physical or Virtual), your online access is available immediately. You can access your order, including your download link, through My Account. You can download your collection as one large download file.

If you order a Physical CD, your CD will ship asap, usually the same business day.  Your online access is available immediately.

NOTE: Adobe Illustrator, EPS, and PowerPoint format maps are ZIP compressed for download. JPEG format maps are delivered as JPEG format files. If you are using Internet Explorer on Windows and have trouble downloading see our FAQ on downloading JPEG maps in IE.
