Question:
Can I get a replacement for a lost or damaged CD?
Answer:
For Defective CDs:
If the CD you purchased is defective on receipt, we will simply replace it. We ship USPS at no charge. If you prefer quicker delivery, we can set up a shipment using your UPS or Federal Express account number.
For Damaged or Lost CDs:
If you lose or damage your CD, we offer a replacement. The fee for a replacement CD is $50, plus shipping.
In cases where the original CD is more than 3 years old, and the maps are not currently in publication, we cannot offer a replacement. If there is an updated version of your product, you can get it at a discounted price.

Question:
How do I return a product?
Answer:
If you are not completely satisfied we will issue you a full refund within 30 days from the data of your purchase.
To return an electronic product:
Call us at 800-334-4291 (10am - 5pm ET) or email us. We will provide instructions for destroying the files and submitting a Certificate of Destruction. We will then issue a full credit to your account.
To return a CD product:
If you purchased the CD directly from Map Resources, call us at 800-334-4291 (9 am-5 pm EST) or email us. We will send you return instructions via email, and issue a full refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our office.
Question:
How can I get a printed receipt?
Answer:
You can print the email sent to confirm your order.
Or sign in to your account, and click on the link "My Orders". Then click on "View Order" and print the order page, which includes information on your order.
Note that this page will only show the last four digits of your credit card number, since for your security we do not keep your complete card information in our system.
