Can I get a replacement for a lost or damaged CD? Answer: For Defective CDs: If the CD you purchased is defective on receipt, we will simply replace it. We ship USPS at no charge. If you prefer quicker delivery, we can set up a shipment using your UPS or Federal Express account number. For Damaged or Lost CDs: If you lose or damage your CD, we offer a replacement. The fee for a replacement CD is $50, plus shipping. In cases where the original CD is more than 3 years old, and the maps are not currently in publication, we cannot offer a replacement.
