How do I return a product? Answer: If you are not completely satisfied we will issue you a full refund within 30 days from the data of your purchase. To return an electronic product: Call us at 800-334-4291 (10am - 5pm ET) or email us at sales@mapresources.com We will provide instructions for destroying the files and submitting a Certificate of Destruction. We will then issue a full credit to your account. To return a CD product: If you purchased the CD directly from Map Resources, call us at 800-334-4291 (9 am-5 pm EST) or email us at sales@mapresources.com. We will send you return instructions via email, and issue a full refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our office.
