To Return an Electronic Product

Call us at 800-334-4291 (10am - 5pm ET) or send an email.

We will provide instructions for destroying the files and submitting a Certificate of Destruction.  We will then issue a full credit to your account.

To Return a CD Product

If you purchased the CD directly from Map Resources, call us at 800-334-4291 (9 am-5 pm EST) send an email.  We will send you return instructions via email, and issue a full refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our office.
