The Process: 5 Steps from Proposal to Delivery
Step 1: Email us the Map Area, Map Type and Map Size.
Ideally you would email us all of the information requested below. If you cannot that's okay, just email us a general request or give us a call. You can reach us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST at 800-334-4291 (US and Canada) or at 609-397-1611 (worldwide).
The best way to explain your area is to actually show us:
- Email us a screen shot/capture showing the area you need. If you're interested in a city map, you can use Yahoo or Google maps as a resource.
Don't worry about showing the street detail. Just focus on capturing your area.
- Email us an image. If you are replicating/duplicating a map, it’s a good idea to email us a scanned copy so we can review it.
In your email, please also include the following.
• Contact information
• Map Size: If a specific map image size is required, please provide the dimensions. In our proposal, we assume our standard scale unless otherwise directed.
Step 2: We email you our proposal.
Once we review the Map Area and Map Size, we will email you a proposal for your review.

Step 3: Ordering.
Download the Custom Map Order Form. Please review the terms and conditions. Complete the form and FAX to 1-609-751-9378.
In addition to payment by credit card, we can invoice you via Pay Pal.
Upon receipt of your order, we will email you a confirmation.
Step 4: Map Delivery.
We move onto final map production. We usually deliver the final map within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of approval.
Rush service is available as quickly as 24 hours.
